Who Are We Looking For:
Licensed cosmetologist/barber
Men’s haircutting experience helpful, but not required. We will train!
Positive, friendly, lighthearted spirit. People like to be around you.
Willingness to be a team member and actively support your team.
Share the workload, new team members are required to work some weekends and closing shifts.
Strong customer service skills. You like working with the public and it shows.
What We Offer:
- Starting $17 per hour (full time team members), plus commission!
- Commission on all services and products, commission averages $150-$600 additional a paycheck

- 401K with matching employer contribution (retirement happens for us all, we will help you prepare!)
- We offer our team paid holidays like Mother’s Day and Christmas. Many shops are closed on these days, and most don't pay their teams for those days, but we do!
- Your paid time off continues to increase the longer you are with us:
- 0-24 months of employment up to 64 hours every 12 months (equal to 8 days, not including the paid holidays above)
- 25-60 months of employment 104 hours every 12 months (equal to 13 days, not including the paid holidays above)
- 61 months or more of employment 144 hours every 12 months (equal to 18 days, plus four paid holidays)
